Refunds, Exchanges and Errors

Within 14 days of purchase, and provided you have not downloaded the resource(s), we guarantee that:

• if you decide you no longer want the resource, we will refund it; 

• if you accidentally purchased the wrong resource, or spot a different Play Therapy London resource—of equivalent value—which would better suit you, we will exchange it;

• and if you have told us about an error in a resource—and we are unable to fix it in a timely fashion*—we will refund you.

* Typically, 5-10 working days.
